Before coaching with Sarah my self-worth and confidence were low and social anxiety was a huge problem. I wasn’t fully embracing running my business & in fact not actually saying I had a business.

I hadn’t worked with a coach before, but I found Sarah super relatable, and we were able to chat with ease. I felt our sessions were a safe space and I felt heard and understood without judgement. I realised very quickly I needed to take back some control if I wanted to achieve my goals and it made me focus and really think about what I was doing.

I am saying yes more and can genuinely join in rather than slapping on a smile, while hating every moment inside. My self-belief has grown, and I can acknowledge that I can take up space in the world, however that looks. I made so much headway in a short amount of time.

Coaching was emotional, freeing, surprising.

I am quite shocked at the difference in how I feel and am excited for the future.
